Incredible staff service!

What a stay! The preferred pool was amazing for relaxation, and I loved the beach grill's street tacos. Our room was spacious, but it could use some updates. I'd definitely come back!

This resort had exceptional service, with staff genuinely caring about our comfort. The beach was beautiful, although often covered in seaweed. The food didn't always meet expectations, and some amenities were lacking like enough towels. Overall, it was a decent experience, but improvements are needed.

We enjoyed the beautiful beaches and explored ancient ruins. The activities were endless, especially the stunning pools with both family and adult-only options. Tip, get up early for pool chairs and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and excellent food.

One downside was the restaurant service. we had to line up for dinner and saw available tables but still had to wait over an hour.

However, there was a lack of shaded seating near the pool, which would have made our relaxation time better.
